There’s a Linear Way of Thinking…

…and then there's Systems Thinking

What is Systems Thinking?

Three overlapping red circles, with the middle circle slightly lighter in color.

Consider a CEO of an automotive parts manufacturer.

The problem at hand: Production timelines are slipping, so she pushes the plant to increase output. Shifts are extended, and machines run longer. Within three months, rejection rates climb, a customer escalation lands on her desk, and she fast-tracks a quality audit. Six months later, she's solving the same problem again.

What she couldn't see: the pressure to increase output had eroded the maintenance schedule. Fatigued machines produce fatigued results. See how each action had a ripple effect?

This is the trap most leaders operate in. Solving for what's visible is different from solving for what's connected.

Systems Thinking gives you the tools to see those connections before they become crises. To spot the feedback loop early that can turn into a problem tomorrow.

This workshop will change the way you see a problem in the first place.

While it is on the weekend, it will change how you work during the week

Why Systems Thinking

A confident man with dark, curly hair and a beard, wearing a navy blue button-up shirt with the sleeves rolled up, standing with arms crossed against a white background.

When asked how many hours of training/ facilitation you would've done in your life, Adi's answer was "I stopped counting after the first 3000 hours," and this was 4 years back. After working for over 2 decades in supporting organisations across roles, as a trainer, facilitator, experiential educator, coach, and consultant, Adi brings up a niche topic of systems thinking to Pune.
