What Problem is the ‘OD in Practice’ card deck trying to solve?

Organisation Development (OD) is a subset of Applied Behavioural Science, taking theory about human behaviour and applying it to real business problems, where survival is at stake. But the problem with this field? India currently has only 180 OD consultants for over 10,000 organisations; there is a pressing need to fill this gap. “OD Bites’ does that.
