Drive your projects to Done
Where certification meets real world capability.
Over the years, working with a range of project-based organisations across different industries, we at ARC noticed a growing gap in how professionals are trained and certified for project management.
Too many programs promise credibility but fail to create actual capability.
Here’s what we found:
Most project management certifications have been commoditized—people get certified without actually learning how to manage projects.
Fees are high. Practical value is low.
Online programs suffer from low completion rates.
And despite all the training, businesses still miss deadlines and struggle with execution.
A Bold Step Forward
September 2024: ARC partners with CPI (Center for Project Innovation) a globally recognized organiSation specialiSing in project management education and certification.
We become the official distributor of CPI’s certifications in India, combining international credibility with ARC’s on-ground understanding of project realities and adult learning.
November 2024: We begin tailoring CPI’s global curriculum for the Indian context keeping what works, and adapting what’s needed.
February 2025: To give this initiative a distinct identity, ARC establishes the Center of Applied Project Management (CAPM) where international certification meets practical, real-world learning.
July 2025: CAPM officially launches with three certification levels designed for professionals at different stages in their project journey:
CPO - Certified Project Officer
CPM – Certified Project Manager
CPD – Certified Project Director
Each program blends experiential learning, CPI’s global standards, and a human-centric evaluation approach so that professionals actually learn how to lead projects and not just pass exams.
By the end of these programs, learners will be equipped to lead projects, manage stakeholders, reduce risk, and deliver outcomes on time and on budget.
