Our Process of Bringing in Change

Every journey starts by listening- really listening. Narratives from the sponsors and beneficiaries are gathered. Our research team uses behavioural diagnostics like focus group discussions, assessments and interviews. This phase is about sensemaking: understanding the “why” behind the behaviours.

The Solutioning team identifies a model that is relevant for your context. Creating a roadmap for the intervention. A dedicated Learning Partner is assigned to manage operations and keep learners engaged.

Need Gathering

Behaviour change is a process, not an event. Post workshop, we host follow up sessions that blend theory with action. A reinforcement loop to solidify new patterns.

A final post-assessment captures what’s shifted, providing a clear picture of how integration has moved the needle.

Over 2-3 days, we create space for insights to emerge. Often, the aha moment for teams emerges when the diagnostic findings are made visible to the team.
