1. Privacy and Account Access
Access to the Open House Workshop is granted upon successful registration and payment.
Payment for the workshop is non-refundable except under specific circumstances, as outlined in our refund policy.
2. Workshop Content
The Open House In-Person Workshop will provide valuable content, including presentations, and interactive discussions.
We reserve the right to adjust or modify the schedule, content, or speakers in the event of unforeseen circumstances. We will notify all registered participants of any significant changes.
All workshop materials provided (handouts, presentations, etc.) are for personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without explicit permission from us.
3. Attendee Behaviour and Community Guidelines
We expect all participants to engage respectfully with others during the event.
You are prohibited from soliciting or promoting personal products, services, or other offerings during the workshop.
Please refrain from recording, photographing, or filming the workshop unless permission has been granted by the organisers.
4. Venue and Health & Safety
The workshop will be held at our office location or a hotel venue. You will receive details about the address and any additional instructions in your confirmation email.
We are committed to ensuring a safe environment for all attendees.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
All payments for the workshop are final and non-refundable, except in cases where the workshop is canceled by ARC.
In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule the workshop, you will be notified promptly, and you will have the option to either attend a rescheduled date or receive a full refund.
