A Social Research Project to Understand how Gen Z Learns

The Generation Z has been a hot topic since a while now. They have been creating a dent in the world through their presence, work and attitude. Everyone talks about the intergenerational gap in organisations. Our team did something about it.

To understand their learning preferences better, we conducted Social Research called ‘Understanding How GenZ Learns’.

Through this, we took a step in creating a more inclusive workspace.

Retune: Helping women go from a career break to breakthrough

Many women face challenges reentering the workforce after taking a career break, often struggling with confidence and clarity on how to restart their careers.

Retune was a 3-week holistic program designed to address these challenges by focusing on three crucial aspects of professional development for women.

Our program includes personalised capability-building workshops, coaching, counselling, and an internship to better equip women for a successful return to the workforce.

Partnering with ABBF to make the world a more inclusive place.

Adventures Beyond Barriers Foundation (ABBF), an organisation dedicated to promoting Disability Inclusion through adventure and sports activities.

Every year, they register more than 150 PWDS and their ally runners for the Tata Mumbai Marathon (TMM).

The entire team of ARC volunteers helped the runners and PWDs in any way, supporting them for almost 28 hours straight, sometimes without any sleep.

The stories and experiences we take back turn into conversations that we cherish till the next year.
