Internship
3 weeks internship at ARC
Our coaching sessions act as a compass, guiding women as they navigate the challenges of re-entering the workforce after a career break.
We help unlock their true potential, empowering them to advance their careers with confidence.
Our coaches inspire exploration, skill-building, and personal growth, helping women plan better and overcome their fears.
Counselling
2 counselling sessions as a part of the program
Counselling is a gift- a chance to be heard, understood, and supported. Like a sturdy anchor, our sessions help Retune participants steady themselves amid doubt, empowering them to navigate toward career breakthroughs with confidence and resilience.
In a safe space, participants can openly discuss challenges and adopt tools for sustainable growth.
With 25 years of experience, our expert counsellor, Prerna, will guide them to maneuver like champions on their transformation journey.
Coaching
1 coaching session
Retune offers a holistic journey, starting with three weeks of intensive learning where participants master essential concepts and skills.
Then, they apply this knowledge in a three-week internship at ARC, working independently on short projects.
This approach ensures participants gain both knowledge and practical, hands-on experience.
New Batch starts in March 2026
Building blocks of Retune
Do you feel worried and uncertain about returning to work?
When a woman thinks about going back to work after a break, she often feels worried or unsure about it.
Positive psychology is a methodology used in our program. It is effective and helpful because it teaches ways to think more positively and feel more confident. It shows how to change negative thoughts into more positive ones and how to handle problems better.
By focusing on strengths, being grateful, and setting goals, positive psychology helps women see their abilities and feel more hopeful about returning to work. It gives them tools to feel better about themselves and deal with the challenges of going back to work.
Are you struggling to rediscover your strength?
Retune embodies a strengths-based approach for women returning to work.
Emphasising and celebrating their unique skills gained from motherhood and homemaking. This boosts confidence by highlighting multitasking, problem-solving, and empathy abilities. We believe that this approach instils pride in their diverse talents. By focusing on strengths, women are encouraged to hold a positive outlook for turning challenges into opportunities for growth.
Women are reminded of their inherent worth and potential. They feel uplifted and ready to embrace their journey with joy and resilience, knowing they have what it takes to succeed in both their careers and personal lives!
Are you uncertain about balancing your emotional well-being with the demands of re-entering the workforce?
We understand that women have to deal with feelings, worries, and doubts while managing family duties and social expectations. But we believe that by taking care of our emotions and facing our fears, we become stronger and better able to handle challenges.
This fosters a harmonious interplay between feelings and tasks. As a result, we approach outer work responsibilities with clarity and confidence.
This initiative supports striking a balance between inner feelings and external obligations, ensuring that women can fulfil their roles effectively while prioritising their emotional health and personal growth.

In February 2024, a lady named Anju reached out to us on LinkedIn. Anju was working in administration and operations in the past but had to take a break from work due to family commitments. Cut to 14 years later, Anju came across ARC’s posts on LinkedIn and that sparked her to restart her career.
This got us thinking about people like Anju who wish to get back to work after a career break, but face many barriers that keep them from taking even the first step towards it.
Every year ARC aims to give back to the community by launching a social impact initiative. We believe in giving.
The more we give, the more we receive, only when we do not give with the intention of receiving.
