Systems thinking is a holistic approach to understanding complexity through interconnectedness and interdependencies - whether in ecosystems, social structures, or organisations. Rather than seeking control, it invites us to listen to systems, embrace complexity, and learn continuously.

  • Our workshops is best suited for C-suite executives, team leaders, senior professionals, and HR leaders who play a role in shaping strategy and providing directional guidance within their organizations. It is open for curious professionals, who are committed to their development and growth as well as their company's.

  • The workshops will be planned at an external venue or ARC office in Baner, Pune

  • The batch size would be from 15 - 25 participants, depending upon the topic of the workshop.

  • In-person.

  • Workshops can be self-sponsored or covered by your organization. Many companies have an L&D budget that can be used for professional development, allowing HR or L&D teams to officially nominate you. If multiple participants from your organization join, you may also be eligible for a bulk discount on workshop fees.
