Jenga teaches us: the block that falls the tower isn't always the one you just pulled. The fragility was built in, quietly, over time. Every shortcut, every patch, every "we'll deal with it later", they don't disappear. They accumulate. And one day, the tower falls, and everyone's surprised. But should they be?

This is how complex workplace challenges work too. Not one big failure, but a series of small, reasonable decisions that erode the system's ability to hold itself together.

Do you see any sticky problems here, that you resonate with currently?

What if you could see the whole tower, before it falls?

That's exactly what Systems Thinking equips you to do. Step back. Read the structure. Understand not just what is happening, but why it keeps happening and where to intervene for it to actually stop.

About the workshop

Systems Thinking Lab

Systems thinking is a holistic approach to understanding complexity through interconnectedness and interdependencies - whether in ecosystems, social structures, or organisations. Rather than seeking control, it invites us to listen to systems, embrace complexity, and learn continuously.

In the 1.5 days workshop, it is aimed to support participants to understand the concept and hold applied knowledge for contextual application.

What to expect?

  • A simulation-based program to learn about systems thinking

  • A new lens for understanding complexity in your organisation and life

  • Understanding different components of the system and its dynamic interactions.

  • Methods to understand how one part of the system affects the whole and the whole impacts the parts.
