Zooming out to Zoom in

On January 2nd, when we ARCians returned to the office, there was a new energy and a sense of rejuvenation.

Over the past 10 days, we had a block holiday. Amidst the tales of our holidays, one common thread emerged: the opportunity to reflect on our work.

The extended holiday provided everyone with the necessary space and time to take a step back and view our work from a broader perspective. Upon returning to our tasks, this broader perspective allowed us to zoom in with a fresh outlook.

In essence, we collectively embraced ARC's philosophy:

PAUSE. REFLECT. GROW.

This period not only enabled us to zoom out for reflection but also empowered us to zoom back in with renewed focus and purpose.
