Winston Churchill had once famously said, "Show me two men that think exactly alike, and I'll show you one man I don't need."
Being different is about proximity to a boundary. There are boundaries of behaviour in every environment that define how we behave around here. The only way to know for sure where the boundary is, is to cross it.
The change makers- Leaders, consultants, politicians and others are different by definition. The question is how different they have to be, and how different are they allowed to be if they are to succeed in bringing out change?
