[Read by 1000+ professionals from the HR, L&D and Talent Development Function.]

The Problem

By 2030, 50% of the population will either be Gen Z or a millennial. In our work with diverse organisations, we’ve heard challenges in working styles, learning styles and collaboration abilities between Gen Z employees and other generations.

So, if we zoom in on their learning aspects, how do Gen Zs Learn?

The Solution

This study by the in-house Research Team at ARC involved over 300 Gen Zs. Some were just about to enter the workspace, and some have experience in it. On the other hand, we also spoke to facilitators and L&D Professionals to understand their side of the picture.

Through 3 different data collection methods (survey, focus-groups and interviews), here are some of the key findings

Key Findings

What is Gen Z's Learning Persona?

What are their Learning preferences? Do they prefer to learn in a group or alone? Online or offline?

What are their expectations from an in-session experience? What fuels their learning drive?

What do facilitators expect of a session? What does their session blueprint look like?

What is the Optimal Zone of Learning Framework? Developed by the researchers

Be ahead of the Gen Z Learning curve.
