Resources are great. They are a new form of richness in modern times. How many resources have you got?

Once you have these resources then there is a question of utilisation.

It all screws up when you use these words for humans. We hear of organisations putting trackers on employees’ laptops and even going to the extent of monitoring their washroom breaks.

Humans can be just humans. They needn’t be labelled as resources and utilities.

Instead, humans can be willing, potential, autonomous and decisive beings.
