Organisation Development Journey Program: Class of 2024

Yesterday marked the culmination of the ODJP at ARC, a transformative year-long journey for all the participants that began in August last year.

This program has been an incredible journey, helping participants become better consultants and humans.

Throughout the 12 classes over the past year, various aspects of OD were taught using an out-of-the-box methodology. This included simulations, activities, and traditional learning modules.

Key topics covered included:

Fundamentals of OD

The OD Cycle

Using Self as an Instrument of Change

Intervention Design

And a lot more.

The ODJP team also had the opportunity to run a live project with a client facing a real problem. It was truly a well-rounded learning experience.

All of this culminated with us throwing our graduation hats in the air, followed by a celebration.

As we cherish the accomplishments of the first batch, we are gearing up for the launch of the second batch of the Organisation Development Journey.
