Bees Pollinate

It’s often said that if all the bees were to go extinct, our food supply and health would be severely impacted.

Why? Because bees are responsible for pollination, carrying pollen from one plant to another which keeps our ecosystem thriving.

But have you ever thought how we, as humans, do something very similar?
We pick up ideas, experiences, and knowledge from one field, industry, or person and apply them in other areas.

A philosophy you heard from a colleague over chai, may help you see a problem in your team more clearly. A passing comment from a workshop trainer could help you see how to change the way your organization usually does things. And how many times do we quote a deep idiom that we often hear from our parents, or boss, or our favourite movie…have you done it too?

This is how we cross-pollinate ideas and knowledge, just like bees.

If such pollination stops, we risk stagnating.
