You will help us design campaigns, understand audience mindsets, and craft messaging rooted in applied behavioural science. If you love dissecting why people think, feel, and act the way they do, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Applied Behavioural Marketing: Use psychological insights and behavioural science frameworks to create authentic, high-impact marketing collateral and social media content.

  • Audience Research: Study the client and audience personas to understand drivers, motivations, and decision-making patterns.

  • Campaign & Content Execution: Work closely with our team to brainstorm, draft, and launch marketing campaigns across digital platforms.

  • Experiment & Learn: Test different messaging strategies based on behavioural nudges and track what truly resonates with our audience.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Educational Background: A degree or strong academic background in Psychology (or a dual focus with Marketing/Communications).

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Mindset: A curious learner who loves connecting theoretical psychology concepts to real-world applications and popular culture.
