Knowledge Management
ARC is one of the noteworthy consulting firms in the field of leadership and organisation development. In the last eleven years, we have served more than 170 corporations for developmental needs.
We are looking for a Knowledge Management Associate to join our team.
Are you someone who actually reads?
Do you enjoy making sense of complex ideas and organising large volumes of information?
Does the idea of building a knowledge system from scratch — with real ownership — excite you?
If yes, we are looking for you.
Role Description: Knowledge Management Associate
This role can be meaningful and genuinely absorbing if you are:
Committed to:
Organising and preserving ARC's 11+ years of intellectual content
Building a one-stop knowledge repository the entire team can use
Ensuring new knowledge is captured and filed continuously
Identifying what is truly unique in our body of work (our IP)
Enriching existing content to make it more useful and accessible
Excellent at:
Reading and comprehending complex material
Classifying and tagging large volumes of information
Making connections between ideas across different contexts
Summarising difficult content into clear, usable formats
Good at:
Working independently with minimal hand-holding
Staying consistent and focused on detail-heavy tasks
Coordinating with different teams (Research, Solutioning, Learning Partners)
Decent at:
Basic digital tools and file management
L&D domain awareness (or willingness to learn quickly)
What's in it for you?
With ARC, you would be part of a well-bonded, hardworking, and curious team with a culture that values individual freedom and depth over speed.
As a Knowledge Management Associate at ARC, you will be building something that has never been built here before — a living knowledge ecosystem. You will work closely with the Principal Consultant and cross-functional teams, handling real intellectual content from actual consulting engagements.
This role has significant learning embedded in it. You will inevitably understand how ARC thinks, designs, and delivers. That, by itself, is an education.
The nature of this role requires patience, curiosity, and a certain love for reading. It becomes meaningful when you realise that the knowledge you organise today will reach participants and clients tomorrow.
We are looking for people with a background in Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, or related fields. 0–3 years of experience. Based out of Pune only.
