ARC is one of the noteworthy consulting firms in the field of leadership and organisation development based in Pune, India. In the past decade, we have served more than 200 corporates for their developmental needs.

We are expanding our team and looking to hire a Client Partner Operations team member who’ll be a key member of our Client Partner function to support and focus on task efficiency and execution.

The role is a full-time, work-from-office 5 days a week, and involves travelling within the city, and sometimes beyond.

Why This Role Matters:

As a Client Partner Associate, you’ll play an direct role in driving ARC’s growth by helping the Client Partner manage tasks, such as calendar blocking, sharing commercial offers, attending meetings with key stakeholders and working with other cross-functional team members, which will help in nurturing client relationships. This is not a full-fledged business development role but a stepping stone towards it, as you get a chance to be a part of impactful learning and OD interventions.

Your efforts will shape how the client partners can enhance the client’s experience with ARC’s solutions and their outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities include:

• Managing the Client Partner’s calendar

• Attending Client meetings and taking next actions for the same

• Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring a smooth handover to other team members.

• Collaborating with internal teams.

• Bringing your expertise and attention to detail for developing and nurturing existing client accounts to grow business opportunities.What Makes You a Great Fit?

• Experience: 0-3 years in a pre-sales role or an inside sales specialist role, preferably in B2B Sales.
