Behaviour and Environment.

Changing your behaviour is challenging when everything around you stays the same.

Take, for example, the difficulty of honking less in a noisy traffic jam is tough because the environment encourages it.

But on the flip side, if you want to change a behaviour, you need to start by altering your habits. These small shifts can lead to subtle yet significant changes in your environment.

Just like when you choose to honk less, you contribute to making the traffic a little quieter.

It's hard to change when your environment stays the same, but remember you are part of that environment too :)
